Raman Engineering Company Pvt Ltd provides gearboxes made of cast iron and conforming to IS 210 standards. The rib design of the gearbox provides maximum surface area for heat dissipation. The worm is made of hardened, ground and super finished material. The worm wheel made of cast phosphorbronze conforms to BS 1400PB-2 specifications. Rim is fitted with cast iron centre. Sleeve bearings are provided on wheelshaft for maximum load carrying capacity. Oil circulation system is designed in such a way that ample quantity of oil reaches all sleeve bearings ensuring longer life.
