Various types of Gears such as spur, helical, bevel, straight and spiral bevel; worm shafts and worm wheels are available. The gear is manufactured in various materials of construction depending on client requirements. Basically, spur, helical, straight and spiral bevel gears are manufactured out of various alloy steels like En-8, En-9, En-19, En24, and from case hardening material like En-353/En-354/SAE 8620/17 and CrNiMO6. The gear can be given along with the heat treatment (through hardening and case hardening) or after heat treatment. Profile grinding operation is carried out as per client requirements. The gear is manufactured on imported hobbing machines. It is manufactured right from 0.25 module to 25 module and 10 mm to 3,000 mm diameter.
