| Product Description Soni Engineering Works manufactures Naked Biscuit Packing Machine Model SEW / H / 110 A, suited for packing round, square, rectangular cream filled and plain biscuits. The machine is precisely designed with automatic feeding arrangements to accurately transfer the biscuits from the stacker to a required stack length into the main hopper. The biscuits are then delivered to the main feeding conveyor without any damage to the biscuits.The conveyor unit is provided with nylon lugs to carry the biscuits, along with wrapping material from the wrapping unit enter the folding box. The folding box provides easy adjustments for getting packing pouches of various dimensions as per requirement. The packings / pouches are then passed through a pair of hot sealing rollers for precision centre and final and sealing. Hot rotating crimpers are provided for cutting the packing / pouches. |
