| Product Description Soni Engineering Works manufactures pre-packed biscuit pouch packing machine, model no. SEW / HSC / 110 ideally suited for cream filled and plain biscuits which are prepacked either in wax / butler paper or placed in a tray. The machine provides easy adaptability and setting for various varieties of biscuits. Easily removable nylon lugs are provided on the main feeding chain, to enable the machine for adapatability to different varieties of biscuits and for quick changeover of packaging pouch ensuring minimum production time loss.This machine can be designed for packing naked biscuits in single or double pile of 2 or 4 or 5 biscuits by providing an automatic chute for feeding the biscuits. For packaging above 5 biscuits wherein net weight varies from 50 gms, 75 gms, 100 gms pre-packing of biscuits is essential devoid of the shape and size of biscuits. The feed rate of these machines are 75 to 110 packets / pouches pre minute. |
